I like to mix with fat free cream cheese and store in refrigerator to create a delicious spread for all sorts of things... crackers, English muffins, apples, etc.

Spi belt. I've had the same one for over a year and it still looks and functions as it did when brand new. I use it for running and elliptical 4 to 5 times a week for 60 to 120 minutes.

I absolutely LOVE juicing! I drink 8 oz of mean green juice every day about 4. Gives me a ton of energy. I eat regular meals and snack too, but when I miss my juice, I feel it. Do what works for you!
