Hi Grace and Itsthedynamic1. We were all new once. You need to track your food and exercise. But first you should start out by filling out the 1st page. Then get familiar with the different tabs.

I have been cold a lot also, recently and it is not that cold here. We have temp set at 70. I have been wearing coats on top of my sweat shirts. I also have a doctor's appointment next month with my oncologist, but maybe I will call my PCP.

Hi Mary, I am over 50 and would like to get some more encouragement. My biggest problem is sugar and candy. I eat right, exercise, but can not leave the sugar alone. From Cali.

I used a pedometer for a number of years before I got the Fitbit Flex. It only took a few hours as everyone says to get used to it. My only problem is in the synching between this app MFP and Fitbit.

I plan to get a Fitbit Flex tomorrow. I have been looking at them for awhile now. I have a long ways to go since I just joined last week. I had spent a week trying to do it on my phone and got so frustrated.

Hi! I am also new here and need to lose about 80 - 100 pounds. So count me in, anyone can add me. I am not sure how this works, have been going over the amounts I need in my food diary. So I guess that is the first thing to get control of. The exercise is not a problem,even though I need to walk more.
