Thank you for sharing this recipe! I made this this afternoon but with lentils, instead of hamburger, because I didn't have any burger on hand. I added a can of stewed tomatoes for an extra little bit of tomato flavor. Super yummy!

I keep the half that I scooped out and put it over top of the half with the pit in it, to make it look "whole" again, and put it in the fridge. That usually keeps it from turning brown.

I add spices right into the boiling water i.e. garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, etc. Livens up the cous cous, tailor made to whatever else dinner is, and cheaper than buying the flavored boxed stuff.

I wear Skechers Go Walk. They're super comfy, light, and you can toss them in the washer/air dry them if they get dirty. The only downside I have found, is that small pebbles get caught in the tread easily and make that annoying scraping sound while walking.
