  • I use Emergen-c but only when I am not feeling well, then it makes me feel more energetic and less stuffy ect, I didn't know you could use it instead of coffee....I'm not a huge fan of the taste of Emergen-C though, so I'll be sticking to my morning coffee :o)

  • I do like protein shakes after my workouts, it's an easy way to get in a lot of protein. Personally I love the cytosport chocolate protein powder with almond milk, tastes like a chocolate shake and not too many calories :o)

  • After finishing 30DS I moved right into RIpped in 30....same concept only: 3 strength training moves per circuit for 30sec each (2 cycles), you change workouts each week instead of every 10 days AND you get a day off each week.
