  • i still eat steak and i've lost 27 lbs so far . i can not live on fruits and veg alone must have meat.... lol i eat the sameas before just now i limit my portions and some added exercise when i know i am coming to my calorie goal for the day. :smile:
  • don't quit i think we all cheat that time of month.. though most would not admit to it....you can do this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :smile: i have a double challenge i am losing weight and trying to quit smoking at the same time...
  • try using splenda instead of sugar, it worked for me . i'm an ice tea drinker as you are mt dew. you could switch to diet mt dew . i weight in every week and yes there are weeks i lose nothing but don't give up...i don't get to a gym i use my stationary bike and walk.
  • my weakness is homemade peanut butter cookies . i have made an allowance in my calorie intake to include 2 cookies 3 times a week. I am not a big sweets eater,however with the holiday season fastly approaching it will be hard to not over indulge in all the good food being prepared.I have managed to lose 27lbs and have…
