I started going to the gym early morning 6:30am about 2 yrs ago. i wanted to buy it but when i looked threw it the the sodium looked HIGH on alot of the recipes. So i didn't bother buying it. But i am a huge fan of HG!!

a few months, i never took it everyday, the doctor told me to skip a day here and there so my body doesn't get used to it. Then I got off it for almost 7 months then went back on for a little...now i stopped taking it all together because i don't feel like its doing anything.

i lost 10lbs on it about 2 years ago. I don't feel like it works for me anymore, so i stopped taking it.

Good luck, I think you will lose the weight by then. I work out in the AM also before work, its hard to get used too, but once you get into the routine you will happy you did. I love this site!:smile:
