  • I've never heard of using it to actually burn fat, but it's definitely a good appetite suppressant. Also, it's a diuretic, so that "fat burn" could be water loss...
  • Cut out grain carbs and sugars.
  • Thanks for posting this. I have been wondering the same thing as it's been 100+ here for about a month straight now. It's making running extremely difficult.
  • I drink Vodka waters with some lemon and lime mixed in. It's about the most bang you can get for your calorie buck. Select 55 is also a pretty decent choice. I just don't like beer because I feel bloated.
  • Protein at breakfast is a must. Try Egg Beaters to get a great protein boost with fewer calories and cholesterol than a whole egg. Kashi cereals are also a great source.
