Are you changing up your workouts? Make sure you aren't doing the same workout every time :) Good luck just stick with it your weight fluctuates all the time 1lb is probably just water weight :)

MFP should already have your deficit calculated out of the number of calories they set for you. Now that you have plateaued I would up your calories a little bit kinda zig zag your calories I know sounds crazy but your body is getting used what you have been doing and you need to change it up. I would definetly not eat just baby food! I do eat babyfood often but it is not the main part of my diet. Eat it right after a work out :)

I would add some more protein! Add a couple snacks of almonds in between meals :) Steel cut oatmeal for breakfast sometimes too would be great!

I think it depends I weigh myself everyday but I don't let it discourage me because weight does go up and down a pound or two here and there. I say if it wont discourage you everday is fine I do it to keep myself on track I worry if I don't stay on top of it I might start slacking.
