Ok does anyone have any suggestions for me... Here is my situation...I am taking a trip this weekend to a trailer in the middle of no where...where they catch fish and fry it up and they cook "quick" foods...aside from making a total separate meal from everyone else...any suggestions on healthy "camping" meals? Please help…

Thanks for the suggestions I really appreciate it. I have high cholesterol and need to follow certain foods so I will try to add a couple things into my meal plan but the foods I am supposed to eat seem to be low in calories so I have to eat more and I am so full lol...

I am having issues with meeting my alloted number of calories for the day. I eat my three meals a day but I still have an issue get the total number any ideas on how I can do this?
