  • The first step is the hardest and you've taken it...I started April 1 of 2014 and lost 56 lbs but then stalled..took a 6 month hiatus but was careful and stayed within 5 lbs of loss...now I'm back at it. ..message me anytime you need a buddy..
  • I too have developed an addiction to the gym....and I am the last person that thought that could happen...I added strength training two weeks ago and love it!! I love this site and have had more success here than with any other weight loss program I have tried.
  • You can do this...it sounds like you are dedicated to making it happen...sounds like you are in a stressful situation with both of you living in the same home. Just stay focused on your goals.
