Oh my lordy this thread is such food porn to me...! Had a creme egg after the gym this morning...figured if I was going to do it the "best" time would be after a workout....they truly are heavenly little treats of delight.

Can you eat dinner slightly later? Or save some calories for a small late night snack (100 or so?) - perhaps a boiled egg or something...
