I do plan on working out and never knew that eating too little caused loose skin. Learned something new

haha i don't mind the water. i guess i never really thought of eating more than the serving size on chicken bc I didn't wanna go way over in protein.

If an item has a serving size (for instance Cheerios is 1 c) should I use a scale rather than a cup?

For my job, I am on my feet 8 plus hours a day. I know that's not busting it at a gym. But I do plan on doing work-out DVD's.

I will def start using the recipe builder. I'll have to play with it and figure out how. I typically would pick the least caloric bc w/ the chicken salad for instance, I use boneless skinless chicken and add very little mayo.

I would like to get to that point. I'm just afraid of eating clean bc it would cut out a lot of dirty foods that have more calories and replace them with fruits and veggies, which would tend to have less.

Lol well before I ate anything I wanted and didn't concern myself with calories. At my heaviest I was 225. Since I started eating healthier, I have lost 25 lbs and no offense taken :)

I think I am the heaviest in this group. I'm 5'4" and at my heaviest, I was 225. I started MFP at 211 and I am now 200. My goal is 130.

Are you weighing yourself at the same time every day or week? If you weigh yourself in the morn today and in the afternoon tomorrow, of course you will gain weight.
