I agree with everyone pre planning definitely help. Along with that i take the time every Sunday and write out the full week of meals, then go shopping based on this list. Maybe a vegetarian stew or something. I make a Morrocan Stew and it is pretty cheap to make and makes a ton! I too am intolerant to Dairy, but usually keep my protein around 120 grams a day, my biggest tip is when you are making dinner which you said has around 25-30 grams of protein make extra and have it for lunch the next day! I am 5'7 and a half (yes I think the half counts :)) and my ideal weight would be 129, I am currently 137!
