  • Yeah. I trained with a trainer for a while at the beginning of my journey and did a lot of body weight stuff but I think I need to start adding more weight. I might just start again with the machines so that I get at least SOMETHING in. I have a gym, but it's at my office (it's only 4 bucks a month so I can't beat that)…
