I wear a nike one, but over top of it i wear a sports shirt that has a built in bra.. and another top over that. I can't be too careful the way I see it lol!

I have the same problem, I use a sports bra, then over that I wear one of those athletic shirts with a built in bra, then over that I wear a regular shirt. It works great.

I love this site for this reason, being able to count every calorie has made me really aware what 1200 calories is and keeping either at or slightly above it has helped me get great results.. Its even let me cheat and have a few things that were not so healthy, but as long as I made up for it with other stuff I ate it has…

I know how it feels to get knocked down. Last year around this time I ended up losing 30 lbs.. A year later im up 45.. It was seriously Depressing. Now I am on a long journey to lose 90lbs.. Its frustrating to think i have to lose 45lbs JUST to get back to where I was last year, when I was determined to lose weight.. but…

1200 calories is the average minimum a body requires to just do what it needs to do without including exercise (building new muscle etc) The more you work out you will need a few more calories than that since your body needs energy in order to keep it functioning. A car with no gas does not go very far! You can lose 50lbs…

Its not necessarily bad, Protein is used to create amino acids and used as energy in your body. It should be one the lower side of where you get your calories (More Carbs than fats, more fats than Protein) if you ingest more than your body needs, its stored as fat, or used as energy, depending on your full caloric intake,…

Don't be afraid to take a day of rest. If you don't give your body the time it needs to recoup orate then you will actually be doing more harm then good. Pain is good, but if it lasts more than two days its too much! But be sure that after your body feels up to it, kick its tush again, it will thank you later! Don't forget…

Welcome, you have come to the right place, everyone is super supportive and have every desire to help push you to where you want to go!

There could be several reasons why you are not having any success, if you are doing the same work out every day, then your body has become accustom to it and does not need to change to adapt to what your doing. If you are eating too much then your body is using all of it and needs nothing more, but is not in a deficit…

A great way to get protein is eating Nuts, find a kind that you really enjoy and up it from there. Also milk has a good amount of protein as well. I don't recommend shakes as the protein is synthesized and our body's have a little harder time digesting it.

Best way to motivate is setting goals, planning well a head, and having somebody to rely on to meet you at the gym so you have no excuse to miss your work out. A few other great ways to get people motivated it so continually change their work outs every month or few months depending on the person. Everyone has a different…

Im hoping to stop looking like an ice cream cone! We can do it!

Hey there Kate! Im totally with you for the encouragement, those last 20 pounds can be super hard to keep on! Be strong and carry on!
-
Even 1200 is almost too low to be eating when you are working out hard and trying to lose weight. 1200 is just enough to get your body through out the day without a work out. If you add a work out you need to increase your calories, so your body has enough energy to regroup your muscles and allow them to get stronger!
