  • No such thing as too much Fat as long as its not the highest percentage.. .. too much bad fats such as hydrogenated yes. But as long as your getting a good amount of Fibre and lots of protein, your body can work with it..
  • There are scales you can find that will do this for you, if you are getting assessed they will be able to do it for you too.   • I'm on Tricyclen, I actually had to switch to it after I started losing weight because I missed my period on the lower dosage pill (There was no pregnancy just messed up hormones from the weight loss) That was the end of october. Im down 41 lbs since then. So I wouldn't say its going to make a big difference in general.

  • I got myself some under armor and just started outside on the sidewalks by the end I am soo hot and sweaty I just want to rip it all off. Usually I just wear the top, but if it is really cold, i wear the pants underneath what I am already wearing. It does the trick.
