Im going to have to try the shake thing :) thanks for the advice! I have a shake that i use for meal replacement which is lean 1 from smoothie king do yall think that would be ok to use or too much sugar for late night snack? Wouldnt that keep you up?

Thanks everyone :) i do try sipping on water an tea to fill full and not reach for any snacks but its still so hard. What would be the best time to make dinner at night so maybe i wouldnt feel empty i usually make it at 6pm should i make it later?
