  • Your target HR should be at 60-85% of you MaxHR You should NOT repeat NOT be working at 99%!!!!!Fat burning takes place in the 60-70% area although if you have anaerobic spurts that push you up to max that is OK but you don't want to stay there. Max is 220 minus your age.
  • Ice massage and Ibuprofin will help also stretching the anterior compartment. Do a calf stretch and while leaving your back heel down, bend the back knee. You will feel the stretch move around to the anterior compartment. Hope it feels better soon.
