Prelogging my food has helped me a ton. I enter my food the day a head of time so there is no room for an emotional binge. Then you just need the will power to stick to your plan, it came with time for me. Good luck.

Best of luck to you my last day of smoking will be today, I told my self when I hit 50 pounds lost I had to quit, I should make that goal tomorrow (official weigh in day for me)

not one to discourage but your making a lot of sacrifices. my experiences is with to many changes I am more likely to fail. Good luck.

I take them if i miss I notice. I am iron deficient with out them though.

I just saw a couple at my gym using a lap top to play a workout dvd. They were off in their own little area working out.

better then the boxes of raisins we hated those as kids. No one comes to our house so we won't have anything otherwise it will just be extra for my kids and they don't need it :happy:

You just have to make the decision to stay out of it and stick to it. The world is full of temptations be strong make your choice and stick with it. I find its more what then how much. I used to eat McDonald # 2 sausage McMuffin with egg, every morning with a large diet coke and the hash brown, Then lunch would be 2 McChickens large diet coke, and 2 plates of what ever my wife made for dinner. Never snacked much unless she made cookies then I would have 6-12 chocolate…

I think you look good. Are you happy?if not why? Are your parents fit, and maybe a bit jealous? It is a personal decision, I for one find incredibly thin way less attractive then Happy and few extra pounds. Again you look very nice, so you could stop its up to you.

if your binge day has a ton of sodium and not enough water to flush it out it can make you retain water and water weighs a lot

thats tough when you don't know what they put in it.. sub have mayo, lite mayo, butter, ect... I wouldn't worry about it I won't be logging when I go to a pot luck its just to much work and to much guessing

I read most all my friends diaries I don't comment if I don't read it. To be honest I wouldn't have commented on my own today. If its not good I don't comment, if it is I do, if its horrible for a few days in a week I send a private message. I guess I like accountability and give what I expect in return.

I don't believe prepubescence should use weights. I have had the discussion with my Dr and they said it could mess up their bone growth. MY OPINION I do let my kids work out just no weights other then their bodies
