I weigh in daily and record once a week i don't let the small ups and downs bother me.

me too, I found out that logging my food the day before hand then its just a will power.

no if I cheat I cheat and that's ok once and awhile I log it, I wish I had a heart rate monitor so I new if I was cheating on my exercise.

Tight pants are not a good idea, your body will naturally swell a little as you eat and drink, so they will get tighter through out the day and that could be miserable. I know that my pants falling down is inspirational to me, forgot my belt yesterday.

im not fit but I hate running also I love the bike and the elliptical though so I use those I do plan on running a 5 k some day just so I can say I did but at 288 pounds its hard on my knees and ankles

I hit a hump in the weight loss ate 1/3 more and exercised less and lost more then I have other then weak 1 doesn't make sense but you may want to shake things up.

I plan on working my @$$ off at the gym 2-3 hours and eating my turkey dinner stuffing and all
