I eat before every work out and then protein (drink or snack) after. I eat at least 30 min prior to my work out less can make me a bit ill.

Look for deals, its summer the gyms drop their prices, wave registraton fees... I just saw a groupon (internet coupoun) for Snap fitness in my area $30.oo for three months, 10 bucks is verry cheep. I also ask my gym for a break in price at summer as I use it less, they don't want to see you leave for the summer as many do

Its tough, eat what you know you should, BE the example. They will all join in and I am sure they want you to live a long healthy life. I have the same isues but I useualy fold because my wife is such an awsome cook, so I have to go to the gym 2x a day just to stay under my calorie count for the day.

Its shap, its in my knees. I would call it debilitating all I want to do is sit with my feet up, and they still hurt. I use the protein shakes, as well as I have to still take 2 iron pills which I take in the morning. Most womans vitiams include Iron also.

I have bad knee's and shin splints, I don't get pain with the eliptical's, try those or stay on level ground may help you it works for me good luck and keep going :- 0

Just make the choice drink the water, if you need a little flavor toss a lemon wedge in it.

I use whey protein after a workout, if I drink it prior it makes me ill. Maybe give that a try. Good luck :-)
