you can scramble them in the micro, melt a little butter add beat eggs nuke for 30 sec, stir, nuke for 20 sec and stir repeat till they are the way that you like them, eggs in the time it takes to make toast.

I like nuts and raisins, and peanut butter they are high in calories but good for you

your heart rate monitor is more accurate then the pre guessed logged calories, some people work harder then others.

I don't think they help for weight loss but I do use the one at the gym when ever I have time because it seems to help my muscles relax after a workout.

this is a fantastic Idea, someone could make a group to share what they have or need. Good for you what a blessing to some one else, just make sure you keep a pair of pants so you can see how much you have shrunk keep up the good work and thanks for blessing others with extra stuff !

I just subtract the extra calories that I get for work on the weekends. I set my goals to sedentary then recorded the calories for the day then I put in my active setting (as I am a carpenter) and subtracted the difference so on my days off I make sure I leave the difference in calories uneaten

It may have to do with the fact that I am a Carpenter and expel a lot of energy up down ladders, lifting/carrying heavy stuff all day. I did notice that if I eat pasta ect for lunch I become sluggish so I think its a balance I have to have some but not loads of them.

I wasn't eating mine back and my weight loss stalled out because your body needs fuel for you to function. If you work out and burn more you need more fuel if you don't eat enough your body can start to think its going to starve and stop losing. I had this problem but I am a carpenter on my feet all day. I found out by looking at my diary I wasn't having much in the way of carbs for lunch. I add some and bam problem solved. Take a look at your diary maybe add some carbs or some fruit for sugar in the afternoon. best of luck to you.

By over weight son (13 years old) Loves the biggest loser. We also watch the show so I think that may have something to do it but he plays/ exercises for about 1-12/2 hours at a time and is always looking to improve his workout.

I am over 2000 cals for the day I do try to eat them but rarely eat my exercise calories. I have started eating more calorie dense foods, nuts, raisins, peanut butter. I don't think there is a proper heart rate for lifting (but I am fairly new at this) you do want to keep moving when your doing a reps but take a pause betwine sets.
