Oh we aren't bad I was just thinking about face book and how I don't have people on there that I don't know personally and with this site I have 25 some people I don't know that I AM friends with. I like it alot and am confident because we are all doing the same thing here losing weight :happy:

I would recommend lower your daily intake again since the weight is coming back on. My husband does this thing where he logs for the day What he is planning on eating and adjusts it when he comes home from work. If U are a late night snacker make sure U add those on too. YES, I agree. I only drink once in a while and now my weight is coming off. I lose about 2-3 pounds a week. For months before MFP I didn't realize what alcohol really does to your body. :explode: I bet I gained most of my weight from alcohol:drinker: YIKES!

I hear U, Now that we have been changing our food choices the first time I grilled out and have a turkey sausage I could Not finish it, Too salty. Its funny how your taste buds can really change. We only eat fresh, frozen foods No processed garbage and we are feeling a whole lot better!!

I will tell u what has been working for me. I have been using the stationary bike at the gym and I lost 4 inches so far off my thunder thighs :) As far as diet the only fat burning food I know off the top of my head is grapefruit juice. Well I can certainly understand the cravings! HI I do Yoga on my Wii Fit. I do it for the stretching and flexability. It makes it easier for my medical issues. I don't use a mat but if I need to I just lay a blanket on the floor so I don't get cold, comfy clothes work good too :) Hope that helps U.

Well said Sweetie! I am SO proud of U :) I am so Happy that we are all making the choice to lose weight and get Healthy! In the long run it may be a little more work with food prep and workouts but it is All worth it in the end :) I am going to get gushy I Love U!

I agree with above posts about eating before bed! I woke up in the night hungry too. We are all dieting at our house and we all eat a bedtime snack. Nothing big just something under 150 calories. Now I don't wake up in the night anymore. U need your sleep also to help lose weight.

Personally I wouldn't eat a snack if your full tonight! U may just be a little more hungry tomorrow just have a little more then!

I am an IBS sufferer too! I have C just like U. So far I have lost 9 pounds since about 3 weeks ago. I portion control and exercise everyday! I have noticed now that I have been eating healthier my IBS has been doing alright. How long have U been on here?? I hope things go well for U :)!!

Yes I do! We eat together as a family so I make one meal and we all eat it. My husband told me since he and my son our on diets we should all be involved with the meal plans. I would Not take the day off today either I do a routine of weights MWF cardio T TH Sat and Sun. I don't take any days off. If my body doesn't mind it either do I. Just make sure your drinking your water and eating healthy and U will be fine.

Thanks everyone I will talk to my Doctor! I certainly don't want to hurt myself more than I already am. I was told exercise will help me but Not all kind is good for me. I will look into it.

I love canned peaches on my Oatmeal, 1/2 cup on 1 cup oatmeal really fills me Up! I have also tried diced apricots but peaches still my fav!!

I don't use it personally but my husband swears by it. Just make sure U don't go over your protein for the day! He says it makes him feel full after a good workout. He has lost 40 pounds since joining on here! The reason I don't use it is I enjoy eating nuts that is my protein after a workout. I like the crunch :)

I usually don't eat up the exercise calories! But I do hope my exercise calories are correct to burn enough for the week.
