How to get a bikini body in one easy step: 1. Put a bikini on your body.

I may have a different opinion than others but 6'3 at 200lbs sounds pretty darn attractive to me, especially if you are working out somewhat <3

I do not have much advice, but it sounds like you are doing amazing already :) walking is good, I like to walk and swim. I do not do anything that I do not want to do, sometimes I feel like running.... sometimes I don't. Just keep on doing what makes you happy and healthy.

OHmyG I cannot imagine :( I dont have much advice. I used to work at Olive Garden and eat copious amounts of breadsticks. One day I quit breadsticks cold turkey and was so proud of myself hahahaha :( I just wanted to say that I understand....

While you were not large to begin with, you look great now and your posture looks improved; or maybe that is your confidence or both?
-
You made spit out my coffee hahahaha I could totally see my daughter saying that.

I also made the switch about a month and a half ago. I lost a decent amount of weight in my 2 months with them and I honestly did not mind paying the monthly fee. For me the reason I switched was that at 5'10 and 200lbs my points = around 1200 calories usually. AKA I was not eating enough and SO hungry. I came here and got…

My 6 year old daughter has the same problem. It has happened 3 or 4 times this school year at recess after lunch when she is running around on a warm day :(

In the course of my relationship over the past 6 years..... I started out less than 10 pounds overweight, got pregnant, gained around 30, and have just recently lost 30. He did not seem overweight when we started dating and has gained around 50, lost around 20, so still around 30 more than when we got together. When we…

I like to blend 1T with my hot black coffee, it makes a creamy, foamy coconut latte. The calories are the only drawback, but it does replace creamer for me so its a win.
-
I agree, what I meant was do not consume more than you burn to lose weight, I don't know why I said it that way! That is unhealthy.
-
This is good, but I like to burn more calories than I consume, generally I lose more weight that way.

Maybe she is trying to be motivational?!

Anyone who says that going under 1200 is not okay is not taking your height into consideration. I am a foot taller than you and I am told the same thing 'don't go under 1200'. How could it possibly be the same for both of us. Do what is right for you, if you are hungry often you may need to eat more, but you can make that…

Hahah great responses, you guys make my day. I am lucky to work in a large resort where it is still very friendly. I think that when I do decide to buy smaller clothes it might show more. Right now I get dressed and I am trying to pick which clothes look the least baggy; baggy slacks are comfy but not very flattering! I…

HEY! I just posted this: "OMG it's working! I have been on MFP for 1 week today and have lost 1.6 pounds! This is after a 3 week stall on WW, feeling like I wasn't eating enough (I DID lose 15 pounds the first month and a half on WW).
