Deffo I have gone from a 18.5 to 17 but thought it would be fun to show the original shirt throughout the process but it has to go now I reckon I could get two of me in there now ;)

I tend to do it 2/3 times a week, but using the Withings WiFi scales makes it all very easy and it captures more than just my weight so sometimes I do it more than that :)
