  • I don't understand. Eggy bread shouldn't be THAT high in calories. 1 slice of bread 100, an egg 70 x 2 = 340 calories? That's only if you use 1 whole egg per piece as well which I don't think I've ever done. Atleast, this is how I make eggy bread .. do you have a special ingredient?

  • Thanks! I've no idea, I just assume it's around 900 calories because I'm sure I read that once. I haven't actually ever checked because it sounded right. Might go look now. And thanks, tomorrow is a new day!
  • Thank you for the replies. That omelette sounds fab, never thought of salsa with an omelette. Do you use yolks or just egg whites to keep it below 300? Standard 2 eggs? Lizzy, what garlic oil do you use? And gitnfit, what do you use to make the marinade?

  • Looks like an ok day, unfortunately you can't really judge a whole diet by just 1 day of food, as obviously your meals with vary greatly every day. Maybe ask in a couple more days, with a weeks worth? As PP says also, chicken isn't very vegetarian of you. Lol
