Hi Ladies, I am 40 and want to lose 15 lbs. I have a trainer which I work out with once a week and I take spin once to twice a week along with cardio. Any advise will be great! thanks.

I fall off the wagon a lot and feel like crap. I have almost grown out of my clothes but refuse to buy a bigger size!!! I use it as motivation to do better. My weekness is sweets. I have to have something sweet every night and sometime in the daytime.

I keep taking one step forward and two back. :( I start off really good in the week then the weekend goes out the window. I get so bored with the exercise on Demand. I want something different with the same outcome. Does anyone know a good exercise for firming up legs? :sad:
