i used to get blisters and sore ankles and knees all the time. I did a ton of research on barefoot running. and bought some Vibram Five Finger runners. I LOVE THEM! and can run really well now. Read the book Born To Run, you'll be a barefoot runner convert too!!!!

Enchillada type things...but in a healthy way!! Fresh cilantro, shredded chicken breast, onions, salsa, green chiles, green & red pepper, garlic, olives, low-sodium taco seasoning and tomato paste. Mix it up and stuff that all into a pita and top with a small amount of cheddar. Bake for 25 minutes YUM YUM!

I would. I took mine on the plane to Hawaii. And I was more than relieved to be able to weigh myself everyday then to get home dreading stepping on the scale. I didn't gain anything while on vacation, but I'd rather know that my choices in eating are not adding up and I can always correct them right away.

Try Steevia instead. It's zero calories and NATURAL!!!!!
-
also scrambled eggs shouldn't be too hard to eat with a sore mouth

0% fat greek yogurt sweetened with Steevia, and add vanilla extract and cinnamon for flavour without carbs!!

I totally understand your feeling. You should be proud of yourself!! Everybody is natural to want validation from the outside world and it sucks when we don't get it. But don't let that discourage you. Let it DRIVE you to do even more!!!!

I weighed the exact same as you when I gave birth to my second child. I am only 5'3.5". I am down to 127.3. It took me 5.5 months to lose the 48 pounds I had left over after losing my maternity weight. thanks for the inspiration to keep going. You look fantastic!!!

I have two small kids so a lot of my exercise came from playing with them. But other than that I would go for 6-10 km walks a couple times a week. Until the last two weeks when I joined the gym, that's the only things I did for exercise. 90% of what you lose is gonna be from what you eat.

My first goal was 140 too. but I kept losing so I've had to readjust my goals. I went down to 134 then hit a plateau for about a month, then got to 130.5 and then another plateau. Just in the last week have I lost another 3 pounds. And now only have 1.5 to get to my ultimate goal!!! You can do this too. It takes a lot of…

Do you sleep with your closet doors open or closed? Always closed. I'm an adult but I'm still leery about waking up to something hiding and coming out of there Do you take the shampoos and conditioner bottles from hotel? Okay, this just happened to me a couple weeks ago. I'm back down with a significant loss on top of it. it's just your body retaining water like it does with any new routine. No reason to stress (although I did the exact same thing as you did, and posted on the forum to find out what was wrong with me...lol)
