I didn't start exercising until about 6 months after I lost the weight. I'd go for a walk occasionally but nothing really until way later. The weight loss was purely what I was eating.

This may seem like a stupid question but, if my BMR is 1346 and I eat 1400 calories but my exercise calories are 876..... Should I now be eating back all my exercise calories to get my NET calories above my BMR???

I only ever left myself 100-150 calories for a "splurge" the rest of my day is very nutritional ...a Big Mac may have calories that will fit into your day but won't have any nutritional value.

Awesome!! It's an amazing to feel full and satisfied on the nutritious things you put in your body. ...especially when you still have a few calories left over in your day. Lol

The only way of knowing for sure is to get a heart rate monitor. It's way more accurate than any machines "guess" at your calorie burn.

eating 1500 calories is still a deficit. so don't stress about it too much. remember this has to be a LIFE STYLE, so yes, while most days you should keep on track and watch your calories and watch your exercise, PLEASE don't stress about one day being higher than normal.
