Thanks! No I haven't started lifting yet. I eat 1200 calories a day in a 8 hour window. Fasting for the rest. I'm 161 cm / 5' 3.5''. My goal is to reach BMI 20. ;)

Thanks dear. Judging by your profile photo, you look gorgeous! I fast in 8/16 windows. I started doing Zumba in the first week. Started with just 20 minutes a day. After 4 days increased it to 40 minutes and then 1 hour. Last two weeks I did about 120 minutes of it per day. (separated in two sections) :)

You can definitely do it. I've lost average of 1 kg per week since I started my diet. During these 7 weeks I made two differences but I still don't know how much they helped as the average weight lost was the same. Here are those two anyways: 1. I finally started doing cardio. 2. I started to do IF from week 4.
