to be honest the best is: baby formula such as Enfamil (but very expensive 32 bucks a case good luck with that) second runner up is cow milk, cow milk cooperates with our bodies

Tip: for the arms it consist of two secrets. one: isolation (isolation the arms during workout, do not work your shoulders, back etc.. two: free weights (do not use machines) using dumbells work out your muscles as well has forces you to balance to maintain the weight

for me my arms have always come easy for me, but I remember a friend from school of mine from years ago he could not get his arms the way he wanted them. but his legs were great.

Tip: some people think they are over weight b/c they looker bigger then another person; but it also depends on the bone structure. some girls and guys bones are denser then others. unless you want to perform bone scraping surgery lol
