Homemade Smoothie (1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup of frozen berries (black, blue, rasp) , 1/2 scoup of protein powder, 3/4 cup of almond milk, 1/4 plain kefir, 1/8 cup of oatmeal ) I don't like it as much when i add oatmeal but it keeps me full longer. 1 sandwich round toasted(only 1 half or basically 1/2 bun) and almond butter.

How about strawberry jam, or maybe some hummus! Hummus tastes good on anything add a little spinash to make it more nutritious, goat cheese with honey, or avocado with a slice of turkey meat(sandwich kind)
