Too Much Protein

What to eat, need calories, fiber and carbs.
Hello. I tend to be pretty low on carbs and need to find some foods to eat that are high in fiber,medium in calories and carbs. Right now looking at my Food Diary I get way too much fat, and protein (but it's healthy so I'm trying to not think so much about this) but what can i do about being so low on carbs? Thanks.

What food do you crave the most that is unhealthy?
For me it is potato chips and crackers. The salty crunch...my one true love.:love: I have tried making my own veggie chips but cannot seem to get them to be crunchy (food dehydrator):ohwell: :ohwell:

How to take in more Potassium?
Good Morning! I'm hoping I can get some advice on how to get more potassium from my diet. I went to the Vitamin Shoppe yesterday in hopes that I could buy a supplement. They said the most a supplement would have is 99 g, which is equivalent to <3 % of your daily need. I have noticed from tracking the food I eat that I am…
