Too Much Protein

I'm trying to eat healthy but am not a huge fan of veggies. I eat a lot of protein, or so I've noticed from my Food Tracking.
Can a person eat too much protein. My food thing is always over the amount recommended.

It's nearly impossible to eat so much protein that you are actually causing damage to your kidneys. As long as you try to stay around 1-2g per lb of body mass you will be fine.0

Depends on how you define "too much". I have noticed that if I eat excessive protein, it tears up my stomach. So personally for me there is such a thing as "too much", but a lot of people don't have any problem with high protein.0

Thanks! I'll change the number to 139, that's my current weight.0
