Way to go Becky! I'd just add 32.5 minutes at 10 minute mile pace and 32.5 minutes at 11.5 minute mile pace. That will give you close to an 11 minute mile pace averaged.

Sure. It means you are going to run 1600 meters (1 mile) at a "comfortably hard" pace. Then, jog 800 meters (1/2 mile) to recover. The "4" means do this 4 times. Comfortable hard means you can get about 3 words out. I check myself by saying "pace is good". If you can talk more, you're not running fast enough.:wink: It is…
