@MissMay If you know where you are going, you can usually pull up their menu on the net and enter food into your diary to see what the count is. Not everything will be there but a lot of it is.

@angelacatheart I eat more when drinking. It 'opens the appetite'. Speaking strictly calorie wise, I'd rather have a piece of dark chocolate for the calories than the booze.

6 days AF. Haven't refrained for this long for a while. Feels good. Think I'm going to take the rest of the box of red wine I have and freeze it as ice cubes to use for cooking so I get the best use out of it - the flavor!

@FattieBabs I'm going to treat it the way I do when I eat heavy or processed junk. I make the decision that it is what I want to do right then and then accept it. For some, it's ok to have some occasionally although it's never really healthy.

It's 4 days af for me. My goal is to be more conscious of drinking - not having it a taken for granted or daily part of my life - rather than abstaining completely. I arrived a week early for the lunch that I thought was yesterday. LOL Walked around Charming Charlie's and was amazed at how many items have a reference to alcohol. As someone else mentioned, it's everywhere.
