I read every word and it was so inspiring, thank you for posting and for the pictures. I'm at the point that I have so much to lose, it is discouraging. Happy to see someone who did it, no gimmicks, just hard work. You look great!

I use Turbo Jam DVDs also. I like the way you can pump up the music and not hear all of the talking. It's getting to be a better workout as I learn the moves. I alternate this with Leslie Sansone walking DVDs. Gotta keep it interesting.....

I absolutely loved reading your story. You see, I will be 57 this year, also menopausal and weighed 236 last week. I really appreciate how you give specific details of what worked for you. I have also lost weight twice before, down to 155 lbs and then gained it back plus more. Thank you so much for sharing. I'm inspired…

I do the turbo jam since the PX90 and Insanity have too many things I probably couldn't do correctly. My favorite part of Beachbody though is the Shakeology. I try to have one shake every morning for breakfast, love them!
