Eat fruit at breakfast or before or after a workout. The sugars in the fruit will be going toward fueling your workout or refueling your muscles.

Download the app "FitRadio". You can select music based on style and/or BPM and there's limited commercials. Plus, you can skip entire playlists, unlike Pandora (which I love equally, but prefer FitRadio for when I exercise) where you can only skip so much.

I was at the bar a couple of weeks ago for my friend's birthday and some old guy comes up to me said, "Your frames [referring to my glasses]... they're like a frame for a work of art!" Haven't heard that one before, but I laughed so hard, my drink almost went up my nose!

I had a delicious surf and turf meal last night and the steak was cooked in a buttload of butter. That was followed by a beer and chocolate pairing and I have the worst stomach ache today and a headache. I also feel blah. I don't regret any bit of it, but yeesh. I didn't realize it'd be this bad!

I usually go at the end of the day, and I already have make up on. If it's on a weekend, it's usually in the morning and I don't have make up on. I don't bother putting it on or taking it off before the gym because it's not important to me at the time. I go in whatever state i'm in!

Drinks lots of water!! If you're not used to eating fiber-rich foods, your body needs time to adjust. Fiber also needs lots of water to help it move along. Feel better soon!

I'll usually go for a salad with the dressing on the side (no cheese) or fish (salmon, mahi, tuna etc) a dry vegetable, and a dry baked potato or sweet potato if available. Sometimes I'll order 2 sides of the dry veggies instead of the starch. I'll squeeze some lime juice on them to give them flavor.
