5 10" and was 40" not sure what i am now going to messure later on today hopping iv lost a few.

Lost just over 2st would like to loose another 1st but ive not really lost any for the last few weeks need more motivation and maybe to stop working nights as i am much less active on nights and snack more.

Im eating around 1200 calories from monday again i finish work on the monday morning from being on nights so i can get back into it would like to loose another 6lb ish in the next few weeks.

I work 20:45 to 7:45 i try to walk around asmuch as i can at work but that dosnt always happen and im to tierd in the day but i do 7 on then 7 of and this is my last night so should be able to start with more exercise this week most will be light exercise in the park though as ill have my 2 year old son.
