4 degrees this morning on the way to the gym. BBRRRR! I just put on an additional layer to take off when I got there. I did have to talk to myself about not going for a few minutes because I didn't want to get out of my warm bed.

My wedding ring fit the day we got married and it got a little tight but luckily I did not have to stop wearing it. I not have a sizer in my ring. It is temporary but I don't want to pay to get my ring resized until I am done with my weight loss. It can happen so don't give up.

Only from looking at your food diary I would suggest drinking more water. Maybe you are and not logging it. I did notice in one day you drank 12 cups.

I have kept one pair so I can remember where I was and where I never want to go again. I do like the bonfire idea for later. I will have to think more on that one for a while. I think I sitll have a while before I reach my ultimate goal.

I've lost a car tire and a Guinea Pig. One added fact is that I can flip a tractor tire now that is as tall as me. I couldn't do that a car tire and a Guinea Pig ago...LOL.

Make sure you use the same scale and weight in at the same time each time.
