Because MFP already gives you a deficit every day. Eg you should be eating 1400 calories and you're eating 1200. Then you work out and get 400 calories back, so you eat 1600. You're still at a 200 calories deficit. That's how I thought it was, anyways.

I personally don't believe in doing cheat days, I would just go crazy and out of control and undo my hard work thinking "I really do deserve pizza and McDonalds". I practice everything in moderation.

I had 6 nails with ingrown issues, I ended up going to a podiatrist and got surgery to permanently keep the nail sides short. It was over $1000 but I'm Canadian so it was free. Hey, I use the elliptical calorie counter to track, 21 minutes burns 200 calories for me, at level 6. 120 seems a little low to me. I am 5'7 1/2 and 147.4 pounds.
