Hi started MFP for the second time March 21st. Lost somewhere around 12.5 lbs so far this time... my long term goal is to loose 100 lbs, but weekly I am shooting for 1.5 lbs. Looking for other MFP's that are on similar journeys.

Hi everyone! My goal is to loose 125lbs. This is my 2nd time around w/MFP. first time my goal was the same I lost 32 lbs then gained it back and then some. So I begin again... 3 weeks in and 10.25 lbs down. Feel free to add me, we can all use more friends

What scares me is not being able to breath walking up a flight of stairs, having to rest while getting dressed, my feet hurting all the time, and not being able to enjoy taking a walk with my husband because I am soooo out of shape im afraid I have a heart attack.
