@MrM27 it's only low fat because there's hardly any of it! :) Although it depends what kind of fats you're talking about, I was referring to the more 'unhealthy' ones.

Raisins, carrot sticks, one cookie (small), salmon sandwich (or other filling), vegetable crisps, babybel and one of those weird yoghurt drinks :)

About a week, but it could have been bad measuring :) These things take time and it also depends on your weight to start with, generally a heavier person will loose more weight faster than a lighter person even if they are doing the same amount of exercise and eating the same.
