Ive only recently started tracking on here and at the moment I just aim to hit my protein macros and make sure my calories are high enough. I've also been interested in other people's food diaries. Next I wanna work on getting my fat macro and once I do that my diary should be pretty good.

I normally have my oatmeal with a mashed banana and a little bit of cocoa powder sprinkled in it. I sometimes stir in some protein powder and almond butter in it as well.
