I agree with with Rockin' Body and Hip Hop Abs! When I started my weight loss journey last July I started with Rockin' Body (which I did for 3 months). Then I moved on to Hip Hop Abs for 2 months. Did some Jillian Michaels workouts after that and now I'm back to my main man Shaun T and doing T25 which I love! Best of luck…
