M&Ms. True story.
-
Oh look, it's a zombie thread!
-
If it's happening to several people, it could just be a glitch and should be reported to MFP.
-
For real! MFP has tried to be like facebook in so many other things, why do we not have a "like" button yet?
-
Salty carbs! Love the op, by the way!

A regular shoe still wouldn't help in that case. Only a steel-toed shoe is going to protect a person's toe if a weight is dropped on it.

You can definitely eat more and still lose weight. There's really no way around being patient in losing weight. It took time for us to gain the extra weight, so it will take time to for us to lose it, as well. Best of luck to you! ETA: Since you plan on working out regularly, the TDEE method may work better for you. Here's…

No reason to be nervous over this post. You are looking fantastic! Great job so far!
-
Lol! There's absolutely no plus side to having a stomach bug. Unless you're that badly in need of a day or two off work.
-
There is no shortcut to weight loss that will give you healthy, permanent results. Sorry.
-
Just water weight. Sorry. Hope you feel all better soon!

Seven years ago I lost 25 pounds and walking was the only form of exercise I did. Worked for me.
-
If you wanted someone to start a thread about you all you had to do was ask. ????

After reading your stats and your goals, I'll echo what some others have said - sounds like you need some strength training. If I were you, I would change my goal to losing a half pound per week and make sure my activity level is NOT set on sedentary. (Unless you literally sit on your rear end all day) Lifting weights will…

I can't imagine being so bothered by what other people are wearing to the gym.
-
I'm 5'2" and my goal weight is 120. I weighed 125 right before I got married and still needed to lose a bit of fat, so I'm shooting for under that.
-
My calorie goal is set to 1400, but my aim is 1400-1600. We should be friends.
-
My first visible difference was in my face.

I think pretty much all of us could make a list like this of our daily routine. If you really want to work out (other than your high-activity routine), you'll rearrange your schedule and make the time. But let me echo the other posters: why do you walk your dogs so much?

Just yesterday, my husband asked me to bring him a Big Mac home for lunch. I thought to myself, "I haven't had one of these in ages. I'll get one for myself, too." Definitely regret that. To be clear though, it's not simply the amount of calories I used up on it. It's just that it wasn't as good as I remember them being.…

Why is your typical calorie intake under 1200? How tall are you?

I have a mutt that my sister and brother-in-law found on the side of the road. A few people have said she looks like she has some pit in her. What do y'all think?
-
We totally had one of these!

My goal is to be 120 pounds by my 30th birthday. (Which is coming up in 5 months, 1 week)
-
OP, I bet you like to light things on fire just to watch them burn.
-
As a non-dude, I disagree.
-
That sounds nice, but isn't entirely true. I take it you haven't seen the threads people start here on MFP to talk about what they saw people doing in the gym. Two that come to mind right now are one poster complaining about a woman eating a muffin and walking slowly on the treadmill, and another poster ranting about how…

I've actually found this to be true with my boys. I gave them all "normal", old school names, and so far, there haven't been any issues with name confusion in their classes or anywhere else. I did get slightly creative with my little girl, but I wanted a piece of mine and my mother's name in there. I don't think Madalynn…
