If its quantity of food you cant handle then make sure what you do eat is nutritious and high calorie. Protein shakes are great, nuts, semi skimmed milk, oatmeal, chicken, salmon etc etc. You can eat small meals and get the calories in, if need be eat 6 or 7 times a day rather than the routine 3 meals

One thing i learned along the way (i've lost 8st) wasthat when i drop a dress size to ditch all the bigger clothes. Sell them on ebay if theyre good, donate if theyre not. This way i have no choice but to either stay this lower size and to keep going and drop more or else i'll have to run around naked as i have no bigger…

I do track sodium i had to since im terrible for bloating and holding fluid. I dont eat canned food and try not to eat very much processed stuff, i tend to eat a lot of salad, cold meats, fish, yoghurt and fruit. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to food and tend to stick to a lot of the same stuff but dont usually go over MFP…

I drink gallons of water probably at least 4 litres a day because i work out hard for 2 hours a day and need it. I'm 5ft 10 and i will wear as high as i can walk in whilst still looking girlie. If i wear them too high i tend to look a bit heavy footed so i have to be careful.

Definitely!! i love weight training, i'd rather do that than cardio any day but i make myself do both. My trainer has just put me on another new 3 day rotating programme and i LOVE it :heart:

The fitbit tracks the calories you use just by being alive. You body needs a certain number to keep functioning and this number while you were inactive will be what you saw. I lost 8 stone with slimming world. This was about 10 years ago before they changed the plans a bit but it worked for me back then. Im not sure it would suit me now though

i use them, i often struggle to get enough protein without sailing way over calories so i usually have one after my workout. Its like everything its all down to personal preference. I use Detour Lean Muscle Whey Protein Bars. i should really make my own tho it'd be cheaper
