  • whey!! Soy has estrogen in it and extra estrogen for women especially can be bad!!!! It can be linked to female carncers (especially breast cancer) it is also not good for young growing boys either!! So definitely WHEY protein!!! We also do NOT need extra Soy during "that time of the month"!!
