That's ingenious! If my husband put any sort of camera equipment in a box like that, I'd be at goal in no time, lol! I'm a Canon girl and there's always stuff I'm drooling over (camera gear is so addictive - or maybe I just have an addictive personality, since food addiction is what likely got me here in the first place.)…

I'm thinking 170, but when I get there I will re-evaluate. Still have a ways to go.

I want to join your club too, lol!! Almost there!

Halfway up the wheel rims - you call that snow, lol!?! You have to check out my blog: http://kristelsphotography.blogspot.ca/2011/02/day-58-inundated.html Snow gets taller than the whole car, probably halfway up the house here. Yes, I live in Canada and winter really sucks!

For me personally, planning is key. Plan out your meals for the week and go grocery shopping to make sure you have all the ingredients. When I don't plan out our meals ahead, we usually wind up with takeout because it is quick and easy. Also, when I know what we are having for supper, I can pre-log all my food for the day…

I haven't. But that's ok, I'm ugly, so I haven't had to.

I hope to hit 100 pounds lost by summer of 2013 if not before. But ultimately will have another 40-50 beyond that to go. These last couple weeks of the year are always the toughest for me. Setting mini goals has been helpful to me - I'm not thinking of the 70 or 80 I have left to lose because it's just too overwhelming to…

LOL, yup. He's 61 years young, and is actually on tour right now (has a new album and everything.) He'll be in NYC on November 30th, so that's where I'm headed at the end of the month. And FWIW, I was just joking about trying this diet - I could never do it. Day 4 alone would kill me, as bananas just don't agree with me.…

Red Velvet cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory, lol!

Sounds a little crazy to me, but with less than two weeks before I get to meet Rick Springfield, might be worth a try - once, lol!

Wow, that is amazing - what an inspiration you are!!! I will have my MFP anniversary on April 3 (coming right up) and have only lost around 70 (wish I could lose it faster, but you have inspired me to amp it up again starting now!!!) Congrats on the great success and keep up the great work!!!

Boston Bruins! As you can probably tell from the profile pic, lol! We live in Canada, but love the Boston teams - Bruins, Red Sox, and Celtics. We travel the nine hours to Boston probably three to five times per year. And we're in the middle of creating our "Bear Cave" in the basement - should be finished by the weekend!

I, too have never heard of these and would be interested in the full directions! Sounds yummy!

More than an elephant's penis!?! LMAO!!!

Thanks for the inspiration. I have had moderate success, albeit much more slowly than yours, but I still have a long way to go. Perhaps I, too, will get there one day.

That's easy - a zero! LOL! But if I work really hard, I might get up to a 2 or 3!!!

Well, I am back up this week, but it is no surprise (it's something I was expecting in the last two or three weeks, to be completely honest.) I am going to look at this as the wake up call that I needed to get myself back on track, since I had such a hard time in December. I have enjoyed being in this challenge with all of…

Feel free to add me if you wish - I had well over 100 pounds to lose when I started. I've been at it since April and I still have a long way to go (I'm not sure exactly how much, but I'll know when I get to a comfortable weight.) I probably have around 100 still to go, but maybe a little less - we'll see. Good luck on your…

Thanks, Beth - your constant and consistent support has meant the world to me throughout this entire challenge. You are an awesome person and MFP'er! Your progress was very inspiring to me! And I can't wait to see that new Christmas photo! I'm not looking forward to the end of the challenge because I will miss everyone and…

From what people have been telling me, I have had some success, and I usually do eat them back. Every so often I don't feel like it or I'm not hungry, but the majority of the time I eat them back and I have been losing slowly and consistently (which is my goal of how I want to lose, but it may not be your goal.) FWIW.

Merry Christmas to you and your family, as well!
-
Congrats on reaching your goal for this challenge. I'm very proud of you, you worked hard for it and have achieved wonderful results. Merry Christmas!

Late check in, this will be quick (I know, I've said it before and written a book, lol.) I lost 2.6 pounds this week and have gotten to 254.9. My goal for the next week is to stay there and not go up. We've come to the last week of our challenge and I hope everyone is happy with their progress. I am fairly satisfied with…

Hope you have an easy and speedy recovery!

Since I was still in vacation mode (at least in mindset) for the first half of the week, I was happy just to maintain again. I did lose 0.2 lbs but it rounds off to the same number, so I'm staying put for yet another week. I think the eating is not really much different than before, the trouble I'm mostly having is finding…

Sounds delish!

Hey all, I'm back from my AMAZING trip to NYC! It was even better the second time around! We had a great group of CRAZY people on our bus and we laughed the whole trip! Anyway, this will be short as I have a ton of laundry, housework, grocery shopping, etc. to catch up on. Plus I have a photo shoot booked this afternoon…

I'm checking in early this weekend, as I have a very busy weekend getting ready for our bus trip to NYC. And I'm working a few hours tomorrow to earn a bit of extra cash, plus I'm still trying to put our new bedroom together (furniture finally came after 7 weeks - will post a pic when I get it all done.) I also have to…

Hey all, The weeks are just flying by now, aren't they? Christmas will be here before we know it. (Oh, dear, I've barely even begun to get ready!) I had a bit of a loss this week - 1.3 pounds, but it's over a two week period, since I had no weigh in last weekend. So I've now lost 60.5 pounds (my ticker is cheating again,…

I know exactly what you're saying about being limited by your size. I started on here in April 2011 and was in the 300's - I was ecstatic just to get to 299 and change that first number of my weight. I have now lost about 60 pounds (would like to lose another 100) and I really wanna change that first number again sometime…
