Do I really have to eat all of my calories - including my exercise ones? I just finished dinner and still have 472 calories to eat today after I add in my exercise stuff. I am really not hungry after dinner and usually have 200-400 calories left. I have been trying to lose my last 10 lbs forever now and started this…

You should have at least 1 yolk, that's where all the nutrients are. I usually just have 1 whole egg and 1 white, instead of a bunch of whites, it makes the texture a lot better too. Don't just go for fewer calories, you want to get healthy too, not just lose weight.

This is probably a stupid question, but. . . . . If you are trying to eat 1200 calories a day, and you burn 300 by exercising, does that mean you are supposed to actually eat 1500 calories in order to net out at 1200, or are you still supposed to just eat 1200?
